Responsibilities

• Engage and consult customers on our luxury skincare offerings, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Perform product demonstrations and skin consultations (training provided).
• Meet and exceed individual sales and upselling targets.
• Handle inquiries, objections and irate customers with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional store environment.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Encourage repeat customers and loyalty by providing exceptional customer service care.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school diploma
• Six months or more of sales experience
• Proficiency in informal English
• Capable of presenting beauty items and services in a straightforward and convincing manner
• An enthusiasm for skincare, beauty, and upscale services
