Behavior Support Specialist
Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Support Specialist to support students with behavioral needs in a school‑based setting. If you’re experienced in behavior intervention, crisis support, and thrive in fast‑paced environments where no two days are the same this is the perfect opportunity for you! What You’ll Do
Provide hands‑on classroom and crisis support, including de‑escalation and physical intervention when needed to maintain safety
Step in to support classrooms when coverage is needed, including assisting in the absence of an Educational Aide
Monitor and support the In‑School Success (ISS) room as assigned
Help develop, implement, and adjust behavior plans, strategy sheets, FBAs, and BIPs
