About the Role
Team Dynamic Minds is hiring a Behavior Therapist / RBT to provide one-to-one, play-based support for autistic children in their homes and community settings.
Our approach is relationship-centered, neurodiversity-affirming, and grounded in real-life learning. We focus on connection first, honoring each child’s strengths while supporting communication, flexibility, self-regulation, and meaningful participation in everyday life. This is a relational, developmental approach that blends behavior science with compassion and respect.
