Behaviour Support Assistant – Gravesend (Full-time, £95–£100 per day, September Start, Temp‑to‑perm)

Role

• Work primarily with children with SEN on a 1:1 or small group basis.
• Support students with various SEN needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural challenges.
• Assess students’ progress and discuss development with teachers, parents/carers, and external agencies as necessary.
• Undertake CPD as required, with ongoing training in behaviour management.

Requirements

• Experience as a Behaviour Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant.
