Behaviour Support Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work with a pupil in Year4 who displays extremely challenging behaviour. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in a student's educational journey, providing vital support to ensure their success and well‑being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support for a Year4 pupil with significant behavioural challenges.
• Implement effective strategies to manage and de‑escalate challenging behaviour.
