The School and Role

Do you thrive in environments where every day brings a new challenge?
Do you want to make a meaningful difference in a young person’s life?
Are you passionate about creating inclusive, nurturing learning spaces within SEND schools?

Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Behaviour Support Worker to support young children aged 4–16 with a range of needs, including Autism and/or Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). This role involves working closely with a small group of students who may find it difficult to engage in a traditional classroom setting.

The ideal candidate will be compassionate, adaptable, and resilient, with experience in fast-paced environments and a strong commitment to supporting young people with additional needs.
