An Alternative Provision in Thatcham are looking for a Graduate to join their team and work as a Behaviour Support Worker until July 2026. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will be supporting students aged 11 to 18 with mental health needs and behaviour changes throughout the school day, helping to support them socially, emotionally and academically.

As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will be providing both 1:1 and group support in the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher.
