— and we're looking for a leader to own it. This isn't a maintenance role. It's a founding opportunity: to own the vision, develop it, build the foundations for a marketplace of benefits integrations, and ensure the product delivers real value to our clients across all core markets.
The right person could come from Product Management, Engineering Management, or Partner/Business Operations. What matters most is the mindset: entrepreneurial, technically fluent, and deeply cross-functional. That will work as an orchestrator of the different opportunities in different markets and working with multiple stakeholders, partners outside of our organization and an internal product team.
