Category Management
Develop and execute yearly and three years category strategy by consolidating key account and market needs Define growth plans in collaboration with commercial, technical and key stakeholders Track category vitality to ensure sufficient project pipeline to deliver on category targets via proactive initiatives and identification of new business opportunities Drive strategic initiatives to commercialize insights-based solutions Drive continuous improvement in the value chain to deliver strategic differentiation and category growth Develop explicit key focus segment understanding & strategies aligned with overall category strategy Demonstrate category leadership and drive category specific discussions with customers and on strategic projects to deliver on commercial objectives Support key account management in developing and executing winning...
