The bid manager acts as the project lead during the Request for Proposal (RFP) period for complex, large-scale civil and infrastructure projects delivered through alternative project delivery models and located across Canada. They oversee the production of an optimized and competitive technical proposal (the deliverable), ensuring full compliance with client requirements. They coordinate internal resources involved in design, proposal writing, estimating, construction, legal affairs, as well as external resources such as professional firms, long‑term asset management providers, and JV partners when applicable. They handle all matters related to project management, including contractual agreements, compliance, scope, quality, proposal schedule, risks, and communication with stakeholders.
