About the Role
We are looking for a Bid Writer / Bid Coordinator to join our Strategy & Business Development (S&BD) team based frm our in Ampthill, Bedfordshire. This role benefits from our 4xFlex working pattern, offering a 4-day working week Monday - Thursday and hybrid working. Onsite working days are Monday and Tuesday, with Wednesday and Thursday worked from home subject to business needs.
Reporting to the Head of Capture, this role is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of bids and proposals across the S&BD portfolio. The successful candidate will coordinate bid activities, support proposal development, manage governance requirements and produce high-quality written content that contributes to winning new business opportunities.
