Coordinate all cross functional engagements related to bid planning, effectively influencing support teams to bring the best resources, to ensure bid success.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Consolidates all the documents required for submission to Government and Corporate bids and RFPs
Retrieves bid securities/bonds
Archives bid/RFP documents and bid/RFP responses
Prepares responses to various customer accreditation requests
Coordinates with internal groups for the appropriate responses to the information required in accreditation
Tracks reports for bids and accreditation opportunities
Completes Bid/RFP/RFQ kits/documents...
