Service Service is recruiting for a Bids & Proposals Engineer on behalf of a well‑established engineering and manufacturing business based in Norwich. Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage RFIs and RFQs from initial enquiry through to submission
• Work closely with sales, engineering, commercial, and operations teams to gather technical and commercial information
• Develop detailed and compliant bid documentation, pricing models, and technical responses
• Coordinate bid review meetings and support bid/no‑bid decision processes
• Maintain CRM systems and support proposal tracking activities
• Participate in customer discussions and negotiations where required
