What You'll Do:
- Assist U.S.based clients via phone with professionalism and clear communication
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and CRMs
- Support internal teams and collaborate to improve daily processes
- Deliver reliable, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring:
- Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written
- 1+ year of experience in bilingual phone support, customer service, or administrative roles
