We are looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join a brand-new department within a premier national Loyalty program. This role is 100% remote, offering you the chance to support customers across Canada from the comfort of your home!

Details

• Salary: $20/hour
• Training: 3 weeks (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST)
• Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday (8 AM – 10 PM EST) and Saturday (8 AM – 7 PM EST). Rotational shifts scheduled 2 weeks in advance.
• Full-Time: 40 hours per week
• Start Date: March 30th
• Contract offer with the possibility of permanency
