On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual E/F Design Researcher User Testing for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 



Bilingual E/F Design Researcher User Testing - Job Description:

This role involves working on the bank’s online banking app experience, specifically focusing on the Payments pillar. The project includes improving payment capabilities in the web app and collaborating with other channels to build a harmonious experience.
