As we scale nationally, we’re looking for a bilingual HR & Compliance Coordinator who can help ensure we stay compliant and organized across state lines.
Job Summary
As our Bilingual HR & Compliance Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing onboarding processes, researching and organizing compliance requirements by state, and supporting our Spanish-speaking contractors. You’ll work directly with our operations and finance team to maintain smooth workflows and ensure every hire meets legal and regulatory standards.
