The opportunity
The Resource Management Senior Associate is a member of the Canada Assurance Resource Management Team, contributing to the goals of effective deployment of our practitioners and comprehensive project staffing for delivery of our engagements. The East Region Senior Associate role supports these deliverables in our Atlantic offices and Quebec Private Group.
Your key responsibilities
- Meet with Partners, Senior Managers and Managers regularly to discuss staffing requirements for their clients, and to gain an understanding of specific engagement needs and deadlines, presenting recommendations for such requirements
- Maximize utilization by identifying imbalances, negotiating and reallocating resources to address the issues
