Position Overview

Location: Montreal, QC (Pointe Claire / Saint-Laurent). Flexible work policy: 3 days onsite required, 2 days flexible. Role: Bilingual Technical Writer responsible for creating, editing, translating, and maintaining high-quality documentation for an operations focused team.

Responsibilities

• Document & Content Design: Create, edit, and maintain user manuals, technical guides, process documentation, training materials, SharePoint pages, and other operational deliverables.
• Ensure content is clear, concise, consistent, user-focused, with high-quality and style. Keep documentation professional, visually appealing, well‑formatted, and easy to navigate.
• Develop documentation using established templates, standards, and style guides. Translate documentation between English and French.
• Create process maps, workflows, system diagrams, and architecture visuals using Visio.
