Job Description
Based in our Chadderton office, the Billing and Credit Controller will be a key member of the Finance department, working closely with the Billing and Credit Control Manager to ensure deadlines are met with the Credit Control and Billing. Experience of working in a Finance role with high attention to detail and error checking skills is essential.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Offering support to the Billing and Credit Control Manager as well as the Financial Controllers and other finance team members where required. The successful candidates would eventually move into a No2 role to essentially run the team when the Manager is not around.
- Making sure all customers pay invoices within agreed timescales, this will involve chasing customers both via telephone and email.
- To ensure any queries are dealt with, face to face with other Sudlows staff, via telephone and email.
