Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Billing Support Associate to join our growing Billing Support team. In this role, you'll work alongside existing Philippines-based associates to handle billing, payments, subscriptions, and usage-based pricing questions with accuracy and sound judgment. You'll play a key role in helping us scale coverage while maintaining a high bar for quality and consistency.
Billing at Cursor is more technical than traditional billing support. Our product uses usage-based pricing, and many customer questions require understanding how usage is calculated and how it maps to billing behavior. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable reasoning about technical systems and explaining them clearly to customers.
This is not an entry-level support role. You'll be expected to independently apply billing policies, explain usage behavior, and make careful decisions in real customer situations.
