As the Billings/Contract Officer, you will be reporting into the Financial operations manager and your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
Daily billings of services and distribution of invoices Reviewing contracts to ensure everything is correct / secondary checking Reconciliations Managing queries and contacting customers when payments are over due Managing credit notes Generating invoices Allocations and receipting Liaising with internal stakeholders Other ad hoc duties as per your Manager's request About You:
