Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain BIM implementation plan, process and workflow to ensure BIM data meets project deliverables
- Assist project team in BIM Project setup, project work modelling and detailing
- Manage and distribute project construction phase for submittals, construction models, shop drawings and schedules
- Manage BIM Standards development, implementation, enforcement, modelling workflow and methodologies
- Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all construction / shop drawings produced
- Liaise closely and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, project team, subcontractors and relevant statutory bodies
Job Requirements
- Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 -7 years of working experience in Building & Construction in HDB (BTO) project
