BIM Modeler

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and manage 3D BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or other BIM‑related tools. Ensure the accuracy, quality, and completeness of models.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to integrate BIM into the design and construction processes. Attend project meetings and provide BIM support and expertise.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts in BIM models. Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of various building components.
• Manage the organization and structure of BIM data, maintain file repositories, and ensure the proper version control of models and project‑related documents.
• Adhere to company and industry standards for BIM implementation. Stay up to date with the latest BIM technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices.
