Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Piping Designer to develop and coordinate piping models for industrial, infrastructure, and building projects. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 3D BIM models, preparing detailed drawings, and ensuring clash-free coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed 3D piping models using BIM software.
Prepare piping layout drawings, isometrics, spool drawings, and fabrication drawings.
Coordinate with civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical teams for clash detection and resolution.
Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
Extract BOQs and material take-offs from BIM models.
