Job Description

The Bingo Package Teller is responsible for providing excellent customer service by selling bingo packages, cards, and other related items. They must accurately count money, maintain a clean and organized cashier area, and follow all policies and regulations. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle cash, and a positive attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Cash Handling: Sells bingo cards, packages, and top‑up loads for electronic bingo machines to customers, ensuring accurate cash, credit, or debit transactions.
• Reconciliation & Reporting: Balances paper/electronic vouchers and cash collected, ensuring cash‑on‑hand tallies with total sales, and prepares daily operation reports.
• Customer Service: Greets customers warmly, assists them with game rules, and provides excellent service to create a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere.
