Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize BMC Remedy applications using Developer Studio (advanced forms & workflows). Collaborate with ITSM process owners and teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and bug fixes for Remedy applications. Configure and maintain ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Level, Asset Management, and CMDB). Ensure system performance, stability, and continuous improvement of Remedy solutions. Document development processes, customizations, and workflows. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer/ Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 1–2 years’ hands-on experience in BMC Remedy Development (Developer Studio, forms, and workflows).
