Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

BCBA – Elementary School (Full-Time)
We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based role supporting an elementary (K–3) caseload.

Position Snapshot

Schedule: 37.5–40 hours/week
Start: Immediate
End: June 22, 2026 (with extension through first semester of next school year)
ESY: Not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs
• Support staff and collaborate with school teams
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• K–3 public school experience preferred
