Boiler Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise boiler operations and ensure safe and efficient performance
• Oversee manpower scheduling and daily work assignments
• Assist in planning and coordinating daily maintenance activities
• Monitor boiler performance and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Support troubleshooting and corrective actions when needed
• Prepare operational and performance reports
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Production teams for smooth plant operations
