Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper and Payroll & Compliance Coordinator to join our team at The Archetype Strategy.
This role will handle bookkeeping, contractor payroll, invoicing, and ensure HR compliance with labor regulations.
The ideal candidate will help keep financial and HR records in order and ensure our contractors are paid accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks, Xero.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
- Track and categorize business expenses.
Payroll & Contractor Hours
- Collect contractor timesheets / hours worked from field managers or contractors.
- Calculate weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- Maintain payroll records and assist with payments.
