Job Description
Lead effective operations at SmartStop® in Brampton, FL as an Assistant Store Manager, with no evening hours! Balance tenant relationships, leasing activities, and supervise maintenance tasks for optimal performance.
The ideal candidate will engage in all aspects of the operation, including managing a team and overseeing onsite projects. You will ensure the smooth rental of storage units, maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, and handle essential financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the rental of storage units and agreements
• Process financial transactions and perform banking activities
• Oversee maintenance tasks and onsite project management
• Build and maintain good relationships with tenants
• Execute other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Required current auto insurance
• Background check is mandatory
