-Manage the branch operations ensuring the store and restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently
-Oversee cash transactions, cash reconciliations, account payments, account receivables, and other accounting duties according to company policies.
-Welcome customers, provide assistance, and respond to their concerns.
-Socialize with customers to develop and keep a cordial relationship that insures long term loyalty.
-Answer guests’ phone and online inquiries.
-Ensure customer transactions are processed promptly and accurately.
-Address employee and customer complaints or requests, ensuring all registers always have the correct amount of cash and resolving price checks for customers.
-Ensure daily collection deposits are done on time.
-Identify and communicate any accounting related issues to management promptly.
-Ensure that products are properly displayed, stocked, and labeled.
