Responsibilities
- Create a vision and objective, leading your team to hit branch and portfolio goals and capitalize on cross‑sales.
- Plan schedules, administer timesheets, manage payroll and other administrative duties.
- Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy for customers by understanding their situation and matching them to suitable financial products.
- Manage the health of your branch’s portfolio, ensuring accounts are in good standing and preventing delinquency.
