We are currently seeking a candidate for a Branch Manager/Inside Sales Representative to support our customers in Atlantic Canada. Reporting to the Operations Director, this person will supervise a team of five inside sales representatives in our Halifax office and provide first‑class support to customers both technically and commercially.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, evaluate, and coordinate the inside sales team.
• Supervise the workload of the team and balance it between individuals to keep processing times within standards.
• Participate in the hiring and integration of new employees.
• Deal directly with key customers to ensure processes are mastered.
• Participate in weekly production meetings.
• Apply company rules and intervene early with staff.
• Prepare quotations for conventional products and follow up on delegated quotes.
