This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Karāchi.
The Branch
Manager will lead overall branch operations, including managing staff, overseeing customer service, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves achieving branch sales and profitability targets, driving deposit and lending growth, and promoting bank products and services to existing and prospective customers.

Manager will monitor daily transactions, manage risk and internal controls, and ensure accurate cash management and record-keeping. The position also requires coaching and developing branch team members, resolving complex customer issues, and representing HBL in the local community to build strong client relationships.
