Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all branch operations efficiently Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve targets Ensure excellent customer service and maintain client relationships Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Report performance metrics and updates to senior management regularly Handle escalations and resolve client issues professionally Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field 3–5 years of proven experience in a managerial or team-handling role Overseas work or business exposure (mandatory) Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems Strong organizational and time-management abilities
