Ideal Experience
- College graduate preferably a licensed mechanical or electrical engineer
- With at least 2-3 years' work experience in real estate industry and property management
- Sound technical skills to manage diverse range of building machinery and equipment
- With in-depth understanding of major operational equipment such as Generator Set, Elevators/Lifts, FDAS, Fire Suppression System and Water distribution system components
Critical Competencies for Success
- Deep Familiarity with Property Management Technical Operations
- Technically capable in preparing engineering operation reports
- Sound Technical and Leadership Skills
- Work Order Management – can simplify complex situations/problems into workable segments and can prepare action plans and recommendations based on clearly identified deliverables
- Technical capability in review/vetting of plans process (MEPF)
