The Building Maintenance Supervisor will direct a team of skilled trades and maintenance professionals in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of building systems. This role requires a solid technical background in building maintenance, electrical systems, HVAC, and mechanical systems while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor maintenance and trades personnel
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and repair activities
• Coordinate maintenance schedules to ensure operational continuity
