JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Manage a team of 10-15 employees working directly on-site. Provide consultation and planning strategies for the team that follow the rules regulations of the building. Prepare the daily – monthly – yearly planning both in budgeting and in renovation and improvement for the building. Inspect the work quality of all the departments working in the building and ensure the high standard of work in each aspect. Coordinate will all departments and sub-contractors and ensure the level of work is at the standards that have been set by both the committee and co-owners.
