Your New Role
As the Building Operator for this brand-new landmark commercial complex, you will be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of critical building systems. Reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager, your role will directly impact tenant comfort, energy efficiency, and the long-term performance of the asset.
Responsibilities
- Respond to tenant service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and life safety systems.
- Operate equipment through the building automation system (BAS) and ensure mechanical rooms remain safe and organized.
