Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality building services to meet client and contract requirements Act as the main client contact, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships Lead day-to-day maintenance operations, including PPM and reactive works Manage contractors, permits, and ensure safe systems of work Monitor service performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement Support financial targets, including budgets, cost control, and small works delivery Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and company procedures
