Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Building Supervisor to join our High Wycombe team. This role is based entirely in our production facility (no site travel) where you’ll oversee the factory construction of modular buildings. You’ll work closely with trades and contractors to ensure builds are delivered on time, meet safety and quality standards, and stay within budget.
If you’ve got experience in building, carpentry, or modular construction and you’re confident leading people, this could be the ideal next step.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of trades and contractors to meet targets and KPIs.
- Supervise multiple builds at different stages, ensuring timelines, quality and budget are met.
- Plan and schedule labour, materials and resources to maintain workflow.
- Oversee daily quality and safety checks and complete required documentation.
- Coordinate with schedulers and other departments to avoid delays.
