Business Analyst – Visa POD

Role Overview

The Business Analyst supporting the Visa POD will play a key role in the ongoing evolution, optimization, and support of Visa products and processes. This role focuses on continuous delivery, operational improvements, and enhancement initiatives across the end-to-end card ecosystem.

Working within a cross‑functional POD, the BA will collaborate closely with product, technology, operations, risk, and external partners (including Visa and vendors) to ensure efficient delivery of enhancements and alignment with regulatory and Visa network requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Visa POD in delivering ongoing enhancements, defect resolution, and operational improvements across Visa products.
