We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a team building an AI-powered conversational platform. The solution combines Python-based backend microservices running on AWS, a modern web application, and real-time voice technologies to deliver intelligent customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and platform requirements from stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications for both development and support contexts
- Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams across the PRD and the Managed Competence Center, ensuring alignment and clear communication
- Support workflow orchestration and low-code platform configurations
- Assist in documenting and maintaining RBAC models, policies, and decision layer logic
