Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with Data Ingestion, Data Operations, and Reconciliation teams to understand and translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications. Analyze and document data flow processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities. Develop and maintain standard templates, process documents, and best practice frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency across teams. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business and operational needs. Perform data analysis and validation to support decision-making and ensure data integrity. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements. Support new joiners by creating structured onboarding materials and documentation for data-related workflows. Requirements:
