They are looking for an experienced Business Analyst and Project Manager (2 in 1) to join their team. The company focuses on Zoho implementation, solution design, Zoho integrations with 3rd party tools, and migration to Zoho.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis
  • Understand and analyze customers business model and processes
  • Gather customers requirements
  • Develop Zoho solution design with the Zoho experts' team
  • Collaborate on tech pre-sale with our Sales team, including running custom system demos and managing proposal development
