Business Analyst
Location: Regina, SK
This position is for an IT business analyst on a project to implement a cloud SaaS solution for our contact center. The candidate will require the following:
- Significant IT project experience as a business analyst
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Experience with contact center technology projects
- Knowledge of systems like telephony, IVR, workforce management or CRM integrations
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with cloud and SaaS solutions
- Documentation and deliverables as determined by client standards
Education
IIBA CBAP, PMI-PBA or IIBA AAC
