Coforge is seeking a Business Analyst for the Visa POD with a commitment of six months. In this role, you will work alongside product, tech, and operations teams to enhance card products and processes. Your expertise will help address business needs and drive operational improvements across the card ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support enhancements and defect resolution for Visa products
• Translate business requirements into user stories and criteria
• Manage backlog items in partnership with the Product Owner
• Act as liaison between various teams and external partners
