Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Applications Systems Implementer to join our GTM Systems team.
Salesforce is the core platform in this role and it will focus on hands-on implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement across Salesforce and additional GTM business applications.

You’ll work closely with our System Analysts which are partners with Sales, Marketing, SDR, Customer Success, Finance, Legal and R&D and help them translate business needs into scalable, well-designed system solutions.

What You’ll Do
Implement, configure, and maintain Salesforce as our primary business application

Own end-to-end system implementations: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment

Configure and support additional GTM applications beyond Salesforce (e.g. Gong, Clay, DealHub, FormTitan – advantage)

Work closely with PMs and business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, SDR, Custome...
