You will partner with our leadership team to support searches and advise on designing and implementing solutions that meet client needs.
What You Will Do
- Build and manage consultative relationships with candidates and clients across various countries and industries.
- Design and activate strategic talent channels to build high-impact talent pipelines.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, screen and submit candidates, and conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure effective and timely fulfillment of positions.
